Ian Barkin
With over 20 years of experience in digital operations, robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent automation, business process outsourcing (BPO), and the future of work, Ian Barkin is a seasoned leader and innovator in his field. He is the author of several LinkedIn Learning courses on RPA and related topics, reaching thousands of learners and professionals around the world. He is also an advisor to leading process intelligence and low-code/no-code platform companies, Skan.ai and PROCESIO, helping them shape their vision and strategy, and grow their market presence and impact.
Ian is also the founding partner at 2B Ventures. He is a co-founder and former chief strategy and marketing officer of Symphony Ventures, a global leader in RPA and intelligent automation services that was acquired by SYKES in 2018. He is a passionate advocate of the 'worker of the future', and believes that RPA, AI, and innovation can enable organizations to unleash their best people, and transform with a process-first approach. As an advisor to Claims Theory, Ian provides strategic insights on leveraging technology and innovation to streamline revenue cycle management and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Ian earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Middlebury College and later completed his MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Suki Shah
Suki Shah is the founder and CEO of From The Future Capital, LLC. Previously, Suki was the founder and CEO of GetHired.com, which developed a suite of Human Capital Management software solutions with millions of users around the world. Under Suki’s leadership, GetHired was largely bootstrapped with no institutional funding and which he led to a successful acquisition by Global Payments in 2020.
While at GetHired, Suki used his product and customer first philosophy to invest his own funds where he was successful in identifying a variety of transformational opportunities over the years and which would become the foundation of the product-first investment philosophy of From The Future Capital, LLC.
Suki Shah's extensive experience in building and scaling technology-driven businesses makes him a valuable advisor to Claims Theory. His expertise in developing customer-centric solutions and identifying transformational opportunities will provide strategic insights to help Claims Theory enhance its offerings and drive innovation in revenue cycle management.
Suki received a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Matthew Litzelfelner, CPA
Matthew Litzelfelner, CPA, is a seasoned financial leader with extensive expertise in accounting, auditing, and strategic financial management. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Lexicon, where he oversees financial operations and drives strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to his role at Lexicon, Matthew was the CFO for nimble solutions, where he provided financial leadership to support organizational growth and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Daugherty Business Solutions and AT&T, including serving as a Senior Corporate Auditor.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. As an advisor to Claims Theory, he brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy, business optimization, and revenue cycle management to help support and guide the company’s mission.

Jason Stinson
Jason Stinson is a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure modernization, and application modernization. As a technical advisor member of our board, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his work with leading organizations, including AWS, where he currently serves as a Solutions Architect with a focus on cloud, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cyber security, as well as his previous roles at Cisco Systems and VMware.
Jason's impressive career spans across various industries, including larger federal agencies, healthcare organizations, and DoD agencies. With a strong background in VMware's product portfolio, he has a proven track record of providing expert guidance and validation for on-premises, hybrid cloud designs, and cloud-native adoption.
As a trusted advisor, Jason excels in guiding clients through their modernization journey, ensuring their objectives are achieved with effective and innovative solutions. His deep technical expertise spans areas such as private and public cloud architecture, networking, storage, compute services, database management, CI/CD and DevSecOps, and automation.
Holding a Master's degree in Technology Management from George Mason University, Jason is renowned for his problem-solving skills and his ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet the precise needs of diverse organizations. He is proficient in programming and scripting languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell, and holds several industry-leading certifications, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware.
Prior to his current role at AWS, Jason served as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems, where he provided engineering and implementation guidance to the Department of Veterans Affairs' national health care system. He also held positions as a Consulting Architect and Senior Solutions Architect at VMware, where he designed and deployed complex enterprise-scale solutions for the U.S. Government and other education-based and healthcare-based customers.
With his outstanding track record, continuous learning mindset, and passion for problem-solving, Jason Stinson is a valuable addition to our advisory board, providing strategic technical guidance and insights to drive the organization's digital transformation initiatives forward.

Kelly J Vallar, MD
Dr. Kelly J. Vallar is an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Section of Acute and Critical Care Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She specializes in wound care, limb salvage, robotics and minimally invasive surgery, and abdominal wall reconstruction. Dr. Vallar is proficient in procedures such as robotic ventral, incisional, and inguinal hernia repairs, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, sigmoid resection, and lower extremity amputation. She commonly treats conditions including penetrating trauma injuries, cholecystitis, appendicitis, abdominal wall hernias, and necrotizing soft tissue infections.
Dr. Vallar earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine in 2011. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine (2011-2016), followed by a Surgical Critical Care Fellowship (2016-2017) and a Surgical Ethics Fellowship (2020-2021) at Washington University School of Medicine. Additionally, she pursued a Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, MA (2021-2022). Dr. Vallar is board-certified in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. Her research interests focus on surgical ethics. She holds professional memberships with the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma (EAST), and the St. Louis Surgical Society.
Dr. Kelly Vallar's expertise in trauma surgery, surgical ethics, and healthcare systems, combined with her firsthand experience navigating clinical and administrative challenges, makes her an invaluable advisor to Claims Theory in optimizing revenue cycle solutions that support both providers and patient care.

Chris Blackerby
Chris Blackerby is the Co-Founder and CEO of Incisive Consultants, a leading Healthcare IT consulting firm specializing in optimizing health systems’ use of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Chris has been instrumental in driving efficient Epic EHR implementations, healthcare mergers and acquisitions, system maintenance, Epic upgrades, and expansive system rollouts.
Under his leadership, Incisive Consultants has achieved several accolades including Best Places To Work by Modern Healthcare, Fastest Growing Tech Company by Kansas City Business Journal, and Fastest Growing Tech Company by Inc. 5000, all reflecting Incisive’s commitment to excellence and client-centric approach. Prior to founding Incisive Consultants, Chris held various roles in healthcare operations and consulting, where he honed his skills in healthcare leadership. Chris helped launch and lead a former consulting firm, Sagacious Consultants, through acquisition by Accenture in 2015.
Chris holds a dual-emphasis degree in Business Management and Marketing, and a minor in theater performance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient care and streamline healthcare operations to increase an organization’s return on their Epic investment.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Chris is committed to philanthropy and community engagement, actively supporting initiatives that promote health and wellness.
